The Mineola Chamber of Commerce had a great time at the ribbon cutting for Iron Fortress Training, a Private Personal Training Gym. As they say, “REAL RESULTS, REAL PEOPLE, REAL TIME”. They are located at located at 263 Jericho Turnpike, Mineola.
Chamber board members, elected officials and representatives from the village, town, and state, were there to welcome everyone to Mineola. The ceremony was followed by a tour of the gym and the opportunity to try some of their very unique equipment.
